Clara Gwatirera
Clara Gwatirera is project manager of a charity project called Angels Network. She is a social entrepreneur. Clara focuses her energies in human development and compassion ministry. She is a Christian and believes her inspiration to make a difference in this world comes from God. Clara is a native of Zimbabwe but currently living in South Africa. She believes South Africa has become her second home. Clara has worked to educate and empower underprivileged children through her Angels Network project. The twenty four year old humanitarian believes that all people should be inspired to do something good, no matter how big or small for the benefit of mankind. In 2011, Clara became part of the One Young World movement and began her journey as an Ambassador. In 2005, she represented Zimbabwe during the Eastern and Southern Africa regional preparatory consultation for the United Nations secretary general’s study on violence against children. She is also an animal lover with a soft spot for dolphins.
Siyabulela Tembani
Siyabulela Tembani graduated from North West University in 2011, South Africa with a degree in Computer Science and Electronics. He is passionate about education and community development. Since 2009, Siyabulela has been visiting rural schools, giving out bursary application forms and also teaching learners about the importance of choosing right careers. He uses his past experiences, insufficient access to information as a driving force to inspire young leaders from the villages that they too can achieve irrespective of their backgrounds.
In 2009 he was awarded Telkom bursary after his outstanding results in his 1st year (2008).
Siya is permanently employed by Telkom SA as an Ops specialist in the Business architecture section.
He has recently been selected to join a string of Telkom’s employees who committed to go an extra mile assisting small business customers about Telkom Products, Telkom ambassador. Siya also attends several leadership seminars which enhances his leadership skills and has interacted with some high profiled people from government, private sector and businessman and women.
With the experience that he has acquired so far, He intends to officially register his Non-Profit Organisation. He is living his dream, that of serving people and where his passion is.
