Alen Delic
Alen Delić is an Information Security Consultant working at Diverto Ltd., a private company from Zagreb, Croatia. He is also a graduate student at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics at the University of Zagreb, where he already received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology after defending his thesis titled Business Planning in the Context of International Standards. During his studies, Alen has published various research papers and presented at conferences. His research is mostly interdisciplinary and connected to multiculturalism, student mobility programs, education and learning systems. At his Faculty, he cooperates on different projects at FOI-OSS (FOI Laboratory for Open Systems and Security), where he also severed as a Student Assistant on courses English Language I, Business English Language II and Informatics II until September 2012. He was previously employed as an Event and Project Coordinator at Event Logistics Ltd. and has been a member of different organizing committees for sport events and a project team member and leader for different international projects. He owns an international Lead Auditor against ISO 27001 certificate. His areas of interest are business and information systems, international standards, internationalization and multiculturalism. In his free time, Alen enjoys volunteering, travelling, riding a bicycle and writing.
